Pan-Fried Dumplings

How to cook frozen dumplings:

Total Cooking Time 10-15 mins

1.     Under medium heat, carefully place frozen
dumplings into frying pan containing 1/4 inch of oil. Do not stack one on top another.
2.     Add cold water to cover 2/3 the height of the dumplings. Cover and cook until the water is adsorbed.
3.     Lower the fire and continue cooking until the
bottom of the dumplings become golden brown.
